850 A/C - New to 850 850 1996

I have 740 and 940, so unfamiliar with 850 A/C components, but have been reading A/C post (tis the season for A/C posts). My son has an 850 and A/C compressor is not cycling. 80 psi at port with 80 Deg. F temperature. I did not have my meter with me to check the pressure switch at the firewall, which I am going to do today. I'll also hot-wire compressor clutch to make sure clutch is working.

From reading posts, there is is pressostat switch behind headlight for ECM. Does anyone know how to check that? If all these components check out then is climate control circuit board next thing to check? If so where is it located and is it easily accessible?
