Panel beating - to be or not to be 850 1996

Guys,

I have a very nice 850R wagon - dark green metalic colour. Someone parked next to me, opened her door ... "aggressively" and hit my rear left door. There is a very small vertical dent + a scratch on the paint. The lady admitted the fault and the insurace will pay the repair fully.
I took the car to few panel beaters for a quote. They said the same - they have to fix the dent and re-spray both doors(front + rear) to match the colour.
My question is ... if give the car to a panel beater will they compromise the body, which is fully galvanised by peeling the original paint. Will the new paint be applied/stick the same way as the original ? What are the risks ? I love the car and I want to keep it long.

So my dilema is ... do I live with the small dent, or do I give the car to a panel beater (seems ver reputable - Merceder+ BMW) and worry about the body. The beaters were also saying that in order to re-spray the doors thet have take the door handles off, which means they have to take the upholstery of the doors ... means potentially broken plastic clips and rattles after that.

Any comment/opinior will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance !
