Hi, I own a '96 850 Turbo and recently removed the factory radio to allow me to plug a connection to the back of the radio and to a recently purchased cd changer. When I removed the radio, I pushed on the two side tabs and pulled on each to remove the radio.
However, the radio will not reinstall and seems to be hung up on the right side. I can clearly see that the radio slides along a guide on each side of the opening, but it will not permit me to move the radio back into place. I have checked behind the radio and there are no cables or connections in the way.
Any help or suggestions on how to fully reinstall the radio would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Fred.
