Headrest S40-V40

Anyone know how to adjust the Volvo headrest? I presume it is a fixed position since there are no buttons/knobs/etc. I find the standard position irritating since it is tilted somewhat forward, making the passenger somewhat uncomfortable for long trips. If it cannot be repositioned, can it be replaced with an aftermarket version?
