Leaking Sunroof and trunk 850 1997

My sunroof leaks only while driving and then only when it is an especially heavy downpour. This leak is on the passenger side front seat area. Also seems that the trunk must be leaking as I have just noticed water in the spare tire well. Any advice would be apprecated.
