Steering rack leaking BAD 850 1996

Over the past few months, my steering rack has started leaking. But now, it is leaking really badly. I have to top off the fluid every couple of days. It seems to be leaking out from under the inner tie rod end rubber sleeves. So, I'm guessing it is a seal. Can this be fixed without tearing the entire rack off the car or replacing it? Thanks.
