The Check Engine Light came on in my 98 S70 GLT a few months back. An generic OBDII scan at an auto store revealed a P107 error code. I reset the code and the vehicle was good for about 4 months. It came back on again this past weekend - same code. There is no appreciable difference in the way the car drives - It has always been a smooth driving car. The car has 77K miles. Can a vacuum leak cause this kind of a code? I can hear a sucking "whoomp" "whoomp" sound sometimes when the engine is idling.
The car also passed the state's emissions testing this past week. The CEL came on a few days after the test.
Anybody have any experience with this and thoughts on how this maybe fixed ?
Thanks in advance.
