OBD Code questions - o2 sensor V70-XC70 2000

Codes should be the same for your car - post 1996 OBDII codes are the same. Sounds like you might need an O2 sensor and a mass airflow sensor (P0101), but I would start with the O2 sensor and see what happens. You should be able to buy the O2 sensor for around $150 or even a little less, or get a universal type for well under a hundred. That's supposed to be a 100k miles sensor but could get contaminated. You can look up the part numbers at BoschUSA website and shop around. MAF sensor are pricier yet but the good news is both parts are fairly easy DIY replacements.
