Check Engine Light NEVER flashes when turning on the car 850 1995

Thank you SO much for your assistance. I changed all the 16 main bulbs today, including the BROKEN "Check Engine Light" bulb. My thought is someone broke it while trying to take it out. Most likely the people who sold me the car. I don't know if the bad O2 sensor would've set off the check engine light, but it was either that or the yet to be fixed ac. Only thing is, now that I've changed the bulb, the ac still isn't working and the check engine light isn't flashing on...???
