'98 V70 Rear Speaker Setup V70-XC70

I think the rear speaker in the passenger door is blown. Are there any aftermarket speakers that will fit and sound as good as the factory? Also where is all of this bass coming from, is there a seperate subwoofer or is that coming from the stock speakers? The system sounds great, except from the crackle from the passenger side rear door.
