ETC S80 2000

ETM, surge or poor idle (low) but mostly the low idling, and the ETS light comes on....eventually able to go only about 20-30 MPH even when pressing fully on the gas. O2 Sensors give you a code and rough idling too but doesn't have the "push gas" and don't get anywhere feeling. Also, with the O2, you'll set a code so reading your car with a code reader will reveal the issue. Many times the ETM issue won't set a code until it's gotten really bad and turns on your check engine light. check out this site: http://VEXEDvolvo.org. (copy the period at the end of that link to your browser as part of the address too). Good luck trying to differentiate between the two.
