2001 XC Oil Filter Wrench V70-XC70

Can someone tell me where I can get a filter wrench to fit my 2001 XC? I went to change the filter this weekend and could not get the black housing with the filter in it off. I have a strap wrench but still could not get it to loosen. I tried to by a socket type wrench at NAPA and Advance Auto, neither had one to fit.
