Ron--I never thought to drag out the jack for my 240 and see if it works on the 850. The hanger, as I seem to recall on the 240, is similar to the 850's. My 240 though is in Idaho, my 850 here in Oregon. The next time I'm in Idaho I'm going to check and see if it will work. The 240 jack is superior, with its round base and arm. I think the 850 jack was designed for mental comfort, but never intended for actual use. Dick
