Air Vent Troubles - Need HELP Please 850 1997

Hi there,
I seem to have the same problem with my 1993-850. I have changed the Climate Controls, resistor pack, (little relay by resistor pack) and new fan. Still no results. All fuses are good for the fan speed swithes.

This drives me crazy because it really impaires my vision when it is foggy.
Thanks to your note above I realized that the problem lies somewhere around the damper motor. Would it be hard to replce the damper motor?
