Moonroof not aligning up correctly S40-V40

I have a '00 S40 with 118,000 miles. Lately the moonroof has been quite noisy when driving on uneven surfaces. I recently noticed that when I close it, from either the vent or open position, the rear corners are sitting about 2-3mm lower than they should.

I have found that with the moonroof closed, I can push against it and watch it deflect. Also, when I close a door, the wind pressure can be seen to push upwards on it and it moves up several millimeters and then settles back down.

I am worried about the water leakage and especially about ice getting between the cracks this winter.

Has anyone else had issues like this? Is there anyway to adjust the track to heighten the rear corners? I have noticed that when I open it up, while it is lowering into it's sliding position, there appears to be a slight "popping" or "clicking" sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
