Leaking Power Steering ring gasket change 850 1994

Hi,

I have had a small leak in my power stering down there where the steering wheel
axel goes into the hydraulic box, the ring gasket is leaking quite small amounts but the cooling blower wind is making the whole bottom a mess with time.

I have used gasket regenerating fluid for one year now to keep the leaking in reasonble limits but it seems to be time to do something down there.

Any advise & experince in changing the ring gasket DIY?
