parrt # & warranty for 99 s80 ETM S80 1999

My S80 is sitting at the shop needing a ETM ( electronic trottle moddule ). it will cost $1100 to repair. My extended warranty does not want to cover it saying it is an electronic part but my warranty covers the trottle body and accessories. Any suggestions on how I can pitch it to the claims dept. so they can cover it. What part # is the ETM. NEED A RESPONSE ASAP.
