purchase of v70 xc V70-XC70

I am looking at a one owner 98 V70xc with 48K. All service has been done at dealer and 50K was just done. Appears in good condition except for a couple of dings on front spoiler. 4 new tires and recent alignment...owner is asking 11K...does this sound like a fair price. KBB is listing at 10,200. Are there any drawbacks to this year and model.
