Air Vent Troubles - Need HELP Please 850 1997

I swapped the ECC control unit from the dash. That is what I was encouraged to do from a Volvo Indy tech. That did not solve the problem. I took the car with the swapped ECC to Volvo for a recalibration. They were unable to connect to the ECC unit and thus could not resolve my problem.


I AM REALLY STUMPED HERE FOLKS. PLEASE ADVISE.
