nj inspection failed what are these codes 850 1996

I'm not sure if these codes differ from one model year to the next, but I just looked them up in my All-Data subscription for my '99 S70. P0410 is not listed, but P0130 comes back to a fault related to the front O2 sensor. Get a subscription at http://www.alldatadiy.com/ to see the details for yourself.

This could be wiring-related, or related to an exhaust system leak or, most likely, a faulty O2 sensor. Check fcpgroton.com for a replacement.
