the job was not difficult at all. Here is a good link that will give you further details. It is on the Bay 13 website which is the best ref I have found for 850 repairs. Thanks to the Bay 13 guy. http://www.volvospeed.com/Repair/pdash850.php

I bought the part from FCP Groton first time I used them and no complaints and good prices. I think the part was around $130 and included the fan cage attached to the motor.
