I installed a set of these from the factory kit a few years ago on an '98 S70 I owned. In addition to the relay under the dash, there was another relay in the compartment under the hood that had to be swapped. The kit came with a new relay that replaced one of them. I believe this kit relay replaced the standard headlight one and controls the switching of the fog lamps when changing from high to low beam.
