My new (used) '98 v70 V70-XC70

Volvo brothers and sisters:
I have just purchased a 1998 v70 and I am now in the process of getting aquainted. This car did not come with it's owner's manual so many of my questions may seem elementary but I have no other way of finding out. Right now I want to make this my car -- adding things that are missing, changing other things like fluids, etc. My immediate questions are: Is the oil filter a spin on type on the 1998? Or is it the plastic cap with filter element insert? Is there an engine pan for that car? If so where can they be obtained? What do they cover? what type of antifreeze does it take? The most important question, however, deals with changing Transmition fluid. I have a 240 dl and a 245 se. On both cars I change the Transmition fluid annually by draining via radiator (pump out old fluid add new). Is there such a way to change the tranny fluid on the v70 that is as simple? Is there a Hayne's or Bentlys manual for this car in the USA? Any information you can provise me will be helpful.
John
