Vibration V70-XC70 2001

Sounds like an engine mount...probably the top stabalizer mount. This can easily be changed out yourself. Here's one you can check out for the model year 2000. http://www.ipdusa.com/ProductsCat.aspx?CategoryID=256&NodeID=4720&RootID=629 You'll have to find one for your year car and IPD apparently doens't sell it. Maybe someone will chime in to say where it could be bought besides the dealer.
Anyway, the link provided will help you locate the area I'm talking about and at least see if this is the problem.

ADDED: You might want to call these people and see if theirs fits your model year V70: http://www.vmsperformance.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=82&osCsid=349369087d51179a7c20a9c595b28a4f
