850 - S70 Compatability and Suggestions 850 1996

My 850 Turbo got crunched a few months ago, and I am looking at options here.
Most of the damage was to the back end, but there is minor damage to the
grill/bumper etc. I am thinking about finding a new model S70 with a blown
engine and trashed interior as a rebuilder. Then using my 850 to fix it...
My 850 was really cherry before it got crunched.. It is the Platinum LE.
Does anybody have experience with this kind of parts changeout?
Suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. And, if anyone knows of a S70 located
on the west coast that would work, let me know..
