C70 Convertible keyless remote C70 2001

I am in the process of purchasing a '01 C70 HT convertible. It does not come with any keyless remotes but I know that I can purchase them on e-Bay motors.
I have two questions, First, is the correct remote for this car, ID #HYQ1512J?
and Second, can this remote be programed like other Volvo remotes where the key is turned off and on 5 times in succession or does this remote have to be programmed by the dealer?
