My fiancee has a 2001 S40 and she has been asking about a remote car starter for the winter. I have never looked into getting one and I am not sure if they cause any reliablity or any other problems. Should I consider installing one or having it installed by someone? How much will it cost and what is a good brand? I have no idea about these things. thanks.
