When to replace water pump and tensioner? 850

I just bought a '97 850 turbo. It has had all scheduled services done at the dealer. The mileage is 130K and I want to go ahead and change the timing belt. Should the water pump and pulleys be done at this point, too? How hard are these belts to change? I've done several 960 timing belts along with 240's and 740's.

Thanks in advance.

Dave
