When to replace water pump and tensioner? 850

If you've done belts on the 240's and 740's you should not have a problem doing the 850. I just got my first 850 in May of 04 and did the belt change and it was pretty easy.

As far as the pulleys and pump, even though I'm not on my second belt change yet, I would replace them all. Especially with the inherent danger of a pump seizing and possibly making toast out of your engine.
