removing air conditioning compressor 850

I'm trying to remove the a/c compressor from my 850. I got the two bolts out from the right hand side that go into the bracket. It won't budge. Are there two bolts on the left hand side that have to come out as well? How do I get to them, especially the upper one. I can at least see the lower one. Do I need to take off the right front wheel and go through the wheel well?
