About time to replace struts? shocks? 850 1997

With 125,000 miles and original struts and shocks, I am assuming it is about time to replace. [I can turn the tops of the struts in the engine compartment by hand, and maybe it will take that clunking noise away on the right side]

I don't have time to mess with the labor so I'm thinking about buying the parts and having my indie do it. Suggestions for where to buy the parts and do you suggest OEM or ? Also, what should it cost for parts and labor if I go that way?

Thanks.
