new electrical issues 850 1994

'94 855T, about 100k miles. Weird thing has happenned twice on quick deceleration nearing a complete stop in the past week...all of the warning lights on the dash light up for about 2 seconds..and then turn back off. It's so quick that I >think< I feel a loss of power in the car, but I'm not totally sure. And then tonight, leaving work, car had been started for about 10 seconds and (just) the battery light came on for about 1 second. I want to try and nip this in the bud before I end up stranded somewhere. Also, I've been in Tampa about 8 months now, and the car has been running perfect, haven't had to find a mechanic. One recommended on the site is DAN'S VOLVO SERVICE here in Tampa. Any good or bad reports?
