1993 850 dead in garage 850

My 93 will not start. Parked it in garage on Saturday. Get up today to go to work, cranks, sputters, won't start. 10 degrees outside. About 25 in garage. New plugs installed, Heet in tank. Battery 2 years old. Cams turning, idle motor hums. Plenty of fuel on the fouled plugs, seems like the pump is working. Posted this on Volvospeed as well.

Any thoughts on what to try? Have to drive a crummy Lincoln Town car until I can figure this out. Please Help!!!!
