Alternate to dealer's shop S70 1999

I have three volvo's, a '99 S70 Turbo, '00 S70 and '03 S80 and all are out of warranty (I have extended warrantly on th S80).

Does anyone know of a decent non dealer Volvo shop in or around Roanoke VA for basic services such as oil changes etc and maybe t belts, brakes etc.

We have a new dealership in Roanoke and prices (bad enough before) have gone out of sight. $150 basic oil change, $650 to change t belt in the '99. Some things I do myself, but I like someone with Volvo experience to check things over now and then.

I prefer authorized Volvo people 'cause I like my Volvo's
