Should I walk away? 850 1996

Well I am in the market for an 850 and have narrowed it down to a 96 or 97. I found this car locally and was wondering if its too good to be true.
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=193164047&dealer_id=57243314&car_year=1996&model=850GLT&bkms=1133930590765&lang=&isp=y&start_year=1996&certified=&search_type=used&distance=50&make=VOLVO&min_price=1&address=06880&advanced=&end_year=1996&max_price=7000&cardist=15

I won't be able to see the car for another week, but the owner says that the AC is working only half the time, and that the ABS/Tracs light is on. From my research here, that seems to be the 2 most common, but expensive problems with the 850. Should I just say No thanks to this? How much really would it cost to fix whatever problems there may be?
Thanks in advance
