Should I walk away? 850 1996

Timing belt should be changed every 65-70K miles. Serpentine belt also.
Ask him to see the service records. If he got any service at the local dealer, ask them when the Tbelt was really changed.
It's not a high pressure turbo, so use regular gas. Just stay away from the discount places and stick to stations with a good reputation.
Find a good Indy, there are a few in CT, and have your "new" car gone over. They will also work with Vic to get you a rebuilt ABS module.
