The metal strap on the door hinge is broken...a common problem on 850 series. There are several ways to fix it depending on how bad it is. If real bad, then welding is the only way and it's a PITA as you have to take the door off as well as all of the plastic liner to get to the spot. I know of an Australian site that has a good fix, but am away from home right now. When I get a chance to look it up I'll post back.
