CEL, 'system too rich (bank 1)

Morning Guys & Gals:

Hope all had a Merry Christmas. Coming back from my sons house last night the CEL light came on. Got the old Scanner out this a.m and got the following code: "System Too Rich (Bank 1)". I did notice coming back from Alabama last Monday that my mileage had dropped off from around 30 on the highway to about 26 so I knew something was not quite right. Now that the light has come on it makes sense. What is the probable cause of the "system too rich"?
