Brake sqeak V70-XC70 2001

I recently bought a 2001 V70 T5. The brake pads on the front are new and have developed a squeak when the car is in reverse. The brakes will not make any noise when driving forward or braking...only in reverse. I have been told about a hardware kit with "rattle clips" that will stop this, does anyone know anything about this?
