Honda radio into a '94 854 ? 850 1994

AM/FM/CD player is a factory radio from a 1998 Honda Accord.

Model # on the radio backside: 39100-S84-A200

The dimensions seem about the same as the OE SC-811 that's in the 850 now. Anybody know if this will slide in with no or minimal modifications ? My wife's whining for a CD player, and if this one works, it's lots easier & cheaper than finding an 815, 816 or a trunk changer.
