ECC Problems 850 1993

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to find a little help for my ECC in my '93 850.
When I purchased the car the blower motor would only run occasionally, so I don't know when the problem started.

I lubricated the blower motor to loosen it up, and now it runs great, but only at full speed and it runs whenever it is plugged in. Apparently I need a new fan speed controller, but that is not my main problem.

1- The air will only blow out of the floor vents.
2- The speed control on the control panel seems to do nothing.
3- It seems to only blow hot air on passenger side and cold on driver side, regardless of what the controls are at.
4- The a/c and rec lights did blink before the motor was changed, now they do nothing at all. Not even when I try to turn on the a/c.
5- I get no fault codes from the ECC, not even a 1-1-1.

Does anybody have advice as to what could be the cause of this?
