Phoenix Area Volvo Mechanics? 850 1996

I just moved to the Phoenix area and am wondering if anyone here knows any good Volvo mechanics in the area. I want to get my timing belt replaced and would prefer to have it done by someone familiar with these cars as there are unique things about timing adjustments in them.

I would prefer to avoid Volvo dealers, I am just looking for an independent Volvo mechanic.
