Unplug the blue wire from the relay (mounted beside the blower, has three connectors plugged into it) and apply 12v to the blower to make sure it runs. If it does, your problem is one or more of the following (1) the SAS valve (round device mounted high on the engine near the firewall with a purple vacuum line running to it (2) the relay mounted beside the blower (3) the small controller located on the inside lip of the radiator shroud (has a purple and white vac line running to it plus an electrical connection.
