Tail pipe smoke possible turbo seal? 850 1994

I had a bunch of codes and after clearing all of them the only code that is coming up at all is.
436 Rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) maximum compensation.

I have white/'bluish smoke coming out the tail pipe. Not so much at idle.
A lot after going through turbo acceleration after I let off the gas.
Then every once in a while when not accelerating.

would the 02 issue be causing the smoke or the other way around?

I also see a little smoke coming out of the dipstick tube.
I am thinnking that I might have a bad "Turbo Seal" Does anyone agree? IF so how do I fix this? Any good threads or links for this procedure?

MAF question. I have also read here that if you unplug your maf and the car runs then your maf is bad. I unplugged the MAF connection today and the car kept running. Do I definitly need a new MAF?
Would a bad MAf be causing the white smoke?
I dont want to make any unnecessary repairs but I do want to fix the problem. And plan on doing it myself. Thanks for the help.
