1-1-3 is "Short Term Fuel Mixture Too Weak." Same in Fenix and Jetronic systems and no such code in the Motronic system (for most later models- '94 and up). Fenix is for 10 valve non-turbo '93's which I suspect you don't have...but anyway, this code DOES usually mean a bad O2 sensor...sorry for the bad news.
