SC-816 Radio remaining value??? V70-XC70

I recently put in a new unit (Blaupunkt CD player) and have no use for the SC-816. It looks like this:

The radio I took out:
- the buttons on the left side do not work, basically the follwoing buttons:

The reason for Blaupunkt is I have no time to play and fool around with this unit SC-816.

So the questions are:
- Any place that can buy this back and refurbish it?
- Anyone wants this unit to replace missing parts etc.
- Dollar value?
