EPA estimate for non turbo '95-'97 850s?

From time to time there are posts here regarding what gas mileage people are getting. I have been historically at the low end (or lower) of the numbers I have seen, but have a turbo. My car's window sticker says "19 CTY 26 HWY", and I get 23.5 in the summer doing 80 to 90% highway driving at a steady 79 mph over moderately hilly highways in northwestern NJ. Down to 21.4 in the winter under same driving conditions. I know, I need to slow down. The police let you go this fast here is 65mph zones.

My question is, can someone out there with a normally aspirated 850 tell me what their sticker EPA estimates are? I am curious how much better the gas mileage "should" be according to the EPA estimates. I know these are only estimates, but it gives me something to go by when I read about the guy who drives uphill each way to work and gets 28mpg. Thanks. '95 850T
