New Member With A Question V70-XC70 1998

Thank you all for your replies. I visited my local non-Volvo mechanic this past Friday and complained about the rear wiper not working. While doing a routine oil change he sprayed penetrating oil on the wiper and now it works.

I guess the jumping with the power off was caused by built up energy not going any where because the wiper was seized. Who knows?

Does anybody have any advice regarding not getting any windshield washer fluid on the rear window? My newest problem. Thanks.
