Climate control fan not blowing, AC & REC lights flashing 850 1996

Hello,

I just got back from a 3-week vacation and started up my Volvo, but the climate control fan won't run.

1. When starting the car, if the blower is set to anything other than 0, the AC & REC lights flash simultaneously for about 20 seconds.

2. The blower will not work at all.

3. I pulled the following codes from the B2 port on the diagnostics system:
4-1-1 and 1-2-2.

4. I vacuumed out the sensors behind the grab handles.

5. When the ignition is set in position II, I can hear a sound like a fan running underneath the hood near the passenger's side fenderwell, behind the headlight. The sound continues after the car is started.

Any suggestions would be helpful!
