V70 fuel V70-XC70 1998

Hi

I read the interesting discussion on ethanol. I am looking at a V70 and it calls for using 91 octane. I have always used 87 octane in my '94 850 and get good mileage. Is that OK for the V70 (base model) or should you really use 91?

By the way, is $7000 a good price (retail) for a '98 V70 with 114000 miles? From all appearances in very good shape. It is a 5 speed and they are hard to find. I don't think there is a Haynes manual for the V70 (another interesting discussion awhile back!): problem?

Thanks

Kit
